The following fee schedule applies to Mater Dei’s parent-selected instructional programs offered at 5501 62nd Ave N, Pinellas Park, Florida. This public fee schedule is intended to support HEIP payment or reimbursement requests for eligible FTC-PEP and FES-UA families. Scholarship reimbursement or direct payment remains subject to Step Up and applicable program rules.
